This unique residence, designed to blend in with the neighborhood aesthetics, host a thoughtfully designed "Man Cave". This space includes a nice sized garage/ shop space that includes a washable wainscotting and middle center drain for easy cleanup after any project. In the heart of the home, you'll find the kitchen with a custom bar and the living room with a cozy electric fireplace. This space is perfect for hangouts of any occasion and even hosts an upstairs loft space for resting after big parties. Throughout the interior you will find brick walls, rustic wood accents, and concrete countertops which help to give this space an overall masculine feel with an industrial rustic style. Much like the interior, the outdoor area includes a bar area and wood burning fireplace designed for hosting crawfish boils with friends and family.
