This cozy farmhouse-style residence underwent a full transformation inside and out. Its light, neutral color scheme brightened the main living space, creating a welcoming and spacious environment. The kitchen was updated to include tall cabinetry, a fresh coat of paint, and a full granite back splash that helped to update the space while also keeping its cozy feel. In the living room, a newly added fireplace adds both warmth and character. The master bathroom has been completely renovated alongside a roomy closet, which includes an area for coffee preparation, perfect for enhancing anyone's morning routine. The added powder bath features floral wallpaper and a wood-stained vanity to keep up that cozy farmhouse feel. Additional spaces were also added in a downstairs expansion such as a den, an additional bedroom, and a pocket office. A garage was also added to replace the existing carport, helping to provide a more enclosed storage space for cars, tools, etc.
