Legendary chose us to create an out of the ordinary spec home expressing they were tired of building farmhouse style homes and looking to push the boundary. We pushed the boundary of the neighborhood and came up with transitional designed home. Some of the main features are the curved front roof over the entry, the taller ceilings, and all the hidden specialties. Items such as the “Laundry Circuit”, personal office, hidden pantry with coffee bar, and tall 14’ ceiling in the main spaces are just a few of the design details found in this plan!
